Refund & Return Policy

Digital Product Policy

Most of the products sold by Balkar Singh Vendil are digital antivirus software licenses or activation keys. Since these products are delivered electronically, they generally cannot be returned once the license key has been delivered or activated.


Refund Eligibility

A refund may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • If the product key delivered is invalid or not working

  • If the wrong product key was delivered due to our error

  • If the order was charged but the product was not delivered

In such cases, customers must contact our support team with proof of purchase.


Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

  • The antivirus product has already been activated or used

  • The customer purchased the wrong product by mistake

  • The product is no longer needed after purchase

  • System incompatibility due to device requirements not meeting the software specifications

Customers are encouraged to review product details carefully before making a purchase.


Replacement Policy

If a license key provided by Balkar Singh Vendil is found to be invalid or not working, we will first attempt to replace the key with a valid one. Replacement is usually the primary solution before a refund is considered.


Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

  • The refund will be processed through the original payment method.

  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider or bank.
